FAQ

Questions before you buy?

What’s the difference between Credits and Extension Unlimited?

Credits are one-time purchases for downloads on this website — pay as you go, no commitment. Extension Unlimited is a subscription that unlocks unlimited downloads inside the TG Downloader desktop browser extension.

Which plan should I choose — monthly or yearly?

Monthly is the flexible way to start. Yearly is the better deal if you already know you’ll keep downloading — it works out clearly cheaper per month than paying month to month.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Plans currently don’t charge you automatically — buy again whenever you want to extend your access. If a plan supports auto-renewal, it’s clearly badged on the card before checkout.

Where can I use Credits and Unlimited?

Credits work only on this website. Unlimited works only in the desktop browser extension on Telegram Web. The two don’t overlap, so pick the one that matches how you download.

When does my purchase take effect?

Immediately. Once payment completes, Credits or Unlimited are added to your account automatically — no activation code or manual step needed.

What payment methods can I use?

PayPal, major credit or debit cards, and Telegram Stars if you prefer paying inside Telegram.
